contains a modified form of HA. Fillers that include HA are top choice for
patients - over 90% of filler patients receive an HA dermal filler.
Where can Juvederm be injected?

into a blood vessel. The chances of this happening are very small, but if it
does happen, the complications can be serious and may be permanent. These
complications, which have been reported for facial injections, can include
vision abnormalities, blindness, stroke, temporary scabs, or permanent
scarring of the skin.
Do you have to wait for fillers for any reason?
The use of dermal fillers where skin sores, pimples, rashes, hives, cysts,

make skin problems worse.
Also, if you have had a COVID vaccine, you must wait at least 2 weeks to
have fillers.
How long do fillers last?
Hyaluronic acid fillers typically last 6-9 months after being injected and
will dissolve naturally over time.

Bioidentical hormone replacement therapy, or BHRT, is a form of hormone
therapy that has existed in the U.S. for many decades and uses hormones that
are structurally similar to those found within the human body. Hormone
imbalance therapies aim to provide relief from the symptoms of a wide
variety of conditions that are often overlooked by medical providers. Our
approach to hormone replacement therapy is bioidentical and custom
compounded to each patient's unique physiology, allowing patients to get the
most out of BHRT as possible. Biote Certified Providers receive training on
bioidentical hormone replacement therapy in the form of subcutaneous
pellets. Every dose is customized based on a consultation and extensive lab
work to ensure a patient receives the exact concentration of hormones
needed.
